This role involves ordering various laboratory studies, preparing and sending materials to external labs for specialized testing, and managing the return of cases to submitting facilities. Additionally, the coordinator will handle scanning reports, creating invoices for research studies, retrieving cases for quality assurance review, and assisting with CLIA and credentialing processes. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in computer applications and customer service.
