About The Position

This is a full-time permanent Construction Worker: Installer role. The company is looking for employees who embody values of Professionalism, Productivity, Quality, and Accountability. Full training is provided for those without prior construction experience. The role involves travel approximately 50% of the year, typically on trips of 3 weeks or less, across Maine and the United States. Candidates must be punctual, have a good driving record, basic hand tool knowledge, be comfortable working at heights, able to lift 50+ lbs, fluent in English or Spanish, able to work independently and with teams, safety-conscious, positive, responsible, self-motivated, professional in appearance, and hardworking. Fire-rated sealing experience and caulking gun experience are preferred but not required.

Requirements

Punctual, able to arrive before 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM.
Good driving record with no traffic violations.
Basic knowledge of hand tools.
Comfortably able to use ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
Ability to travel in Maine and across the United States (usually on trips of 3 weeks or less) 50% of the year.
Able to lift 50+ lbs (and up to 70lbs or 100 lbs) multiples times per day.
Fluent in English or Spanish (a minimum of basic English is required).
Able to work independently and with teams.
Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
Responsible, self-motivated, accountable, and able to meet commitments.
Professional appearance, dress, and hygiene.
Hardworking and take pride in completing quality work.
Ability to drive your car to Saco and then use a company car to travel to work sites.

Responsibilities
