As our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects. Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in construction general labor and/ or outdoor work for long hours
• Reliable transportation, valid FL driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• The ability to be coached and mentored and collaborate within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction work, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor
• Construction work may include any of the following: crawlspace work, outside drilling, pile drilling, machinery operation, or concrete work
• Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work overtime hours as needed to meet project deadlines
• Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations, ensuring a positive work environment
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely
• Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals — Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform
• Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs)
