About The Position
Knik Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Construction Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials to designated locations while supporting high‑production construction operations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements
- Experience operating end‑dump, belly‑dump, and side‑dump trucks with aggregate and asphalt hauling preferred
- Basic knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- Demonstrated sound decision‑making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑production environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines
- Pre‑hire drug test required
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position
- Safely transport construction materials to designated locations
- Verify the type and weight of materials being hauled
- Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations
- Comply with all company safety policies, including use of required personal protective equipment and Fit for Work guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
