About The Position

Join our veteran-led, family-owned SERVPRO team as a Construction Tradesman. In this hands-on role, you'll help bring homes and properties back to life by repairing, restoring, and uplifting properties after damage. You will work side by side with project managers to make damage feel “Like it never even happened.” This role offers a supportive culture, meaningful work, and growth and learning opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required.
High School Diploma required.
A solid work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
Clear, effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

2-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently.
Install drywall, handle mudding/taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets.
Paint and stain internal and external surfaces.
Perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds.
Reinstall fixtures and items accurately.
Maintain high workmanship standards—identify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
