Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify issues and support effective solutions.
Experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project intake activities and maintain accurate project records from start to finish.
Organize and manage customer, project, and contract documentation within designated business systems.
Partner with customers and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and support successful project execution.
Assist with contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and other project support activities.
Maintain accurate project data while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
