About The Position

Greatario is growing and is looking for dedicated, safety-focused Construction Technicians to join their field construction team. This role involves hands-on work on active construction sites, building municipal, industrial, and agricultural liquid storage systems. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a crew and building tangible, lasting structures. The position requires operating power tools and equipment, working collaboratively with a field crew, and supporting project timelines through reliable execution and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Ability to work within a team based environment focused on safety, productivity, quality and customer service.
• Previous experience in Construction
• Effective time management skills, ability to work well under pressure
• Valid Class G driver’s license or ability to get to crew meeting point
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather
• Desire to learn new skills
• Comfortable with travel
• Understanding of both oral and written instructions

Responsibilities

• Working on active construction sites building municipal, industrial and agricultural liquid storage systems.
• Operating power tools and equipment to assemble tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches and caulking equipment.
• Working with a field crew (typically 5 team members including the Foreman) to coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Supporting project timelines through reliable execution, teamwork and strong work ethic.
