About The Position
We’re seeking a skilled Construction Technician to assist our construction team with renovation projects across independent living apartments and assisted living units. In this role, you’ll help remove furniture, appliances, and construction finishes; perform minor repairs and punch-list tasks such as drywall patching, painting, and hardware installation; and support daily construction housekeeping and debris management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of construction or general maintenance experience
Nice To Haves
- Appliance installation experience
- Customer service experience
