Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Comfortable working in construction environments, including confined spaces and varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual

Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

Install foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing solutions, sump pumps, and crawl space encapsulation products
Travel with your crew to customer homes and job sites throughout the area
Deliver high-quality workmanship using industry-leading products and proven installation methods
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather and job site conditions
Create an outstanding customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail
Take pride in transforming homes and giving homeowners peace of mind
