Construction Technician: Helper San Diego
About The Position
Assist construction crew with installation of all new underground and above ground electrical systems on new construction sites. This position description does not list all the duties of the position. You may be asked by supervisors or managers to perform other duties. Requirements
- 1 year in a related field or equivalent experience to complete the job description above successfully
- Ability to take direction well
- Dig, build forms and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform any and all tasks requested by crew lead for completion of new electrical systems, including trenching, installing conduit, wire, and new light fixtures.
- Form and pour all types of light pole foundations for each different types of electrical fixture and power units
- Maintain clean and neat truck and safe work site at all times
- Attend all company mandatory safety meetings
- Other duties as assigned
