Requirements

3–5 years in-field construction experience
Previous construction management experience
Strong organizational & leadership skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
High school diploma / GED
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Spanish / English bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

Complete and resolve punch list items to ensure top-quality project close-outs.
Conduct final walk-throughs with customers and secure signed completion documents.
Perform and oversee construction services from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers to keep projects on track.
Manage or assist with material pickups and deliveries
