The Construction Surveillance Technician's primary function is to provide day to day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) & Special Access Program (SAP) construction efforts. This role involves assessing and identifying improvements for policies, procedures, or systems, identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks, and drafting security incident reports. The technician will also manage uniformed escort personnel, enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conduct inspections of materials for secure spaces, and continuously monitor and document the construction of secure spaces to support final accreditation packets.
