The Construction Supervisor reports directly to the Residential Construction Project Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Storm Guard’s high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, coordinating teams, solving problems, and keeping projects on track. You'll support residential roofing and construction projects by coordinating materials, assisting with site oversight, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Strong work ethic and "get it done" attitude
- Coachable and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in roofing, siding, or construction (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Support and report directly to the Residential Construction Project Manager
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day roofing and construction operations
- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, team members, and homeowners
- Ensure job sites meet Storm Guard quality and safety standards
- Deliver materials and remove leftover materials from job sites
- Identify and communicate quality or safety concerns proactively
- Monitor job-site safety plans and compliance
- Assist with customer service and ensure positive homeowner experience
- Support reporting, documentation, and job completion tasks
- Participate in company initiatives and special projects
