About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to provide daily on-site leadership for construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a professional job site, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of all trades. You will partner with Project Managers on labor planning, scheduling, and project updates, proactively resolving issues to minimize delays. Strong communication with all stakeholders, including the office, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, is essential. A focus on client satisfaction and their mission is paramount.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising commercial construction and renovation projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive projects forward
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the capability to manage multiple trades and maintain a productive, team-oriented job site
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness and flexibility to travel to out-of-state projects as needed- 50% of time
Drug-free and able to successfully pass all mandatory background checks

Nice To Haves

Experience with ProCore or other construction management software is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide daily on-site leadership, overseeing all construction activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Enforce company safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and subcontractors
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional job site, working closely with trade partners to uphold project standards
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of all trades, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance oversight
Partner with Project Managers to support labor planning, equipment and material deliveries, critical path scheduling, and project updates
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
Facilitate clear communication between the office, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and productivity
Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, keeping their mission and vision front and center throughout project execution
