About The Position
R.D. Olson Construction, a nationally recognized leader in general contracting and construction management headquartered in Irvine, California, is seeking Superintendents with expertise in hospitality or multifamily projects to join their team due to new project starts. The Project Superintendent will collaborate closely with the project management team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for project completion. This role involves identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations, ensuring adherence to jobsite protocols and safety standards, and effectively coordinating with stakeholders including owners, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors.
Requirements
- Based in Southern California
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor
- A keen eye for quality
- Stellar safety record
- Hospitality, high density multi-family unit, or commercial project background
Responsibilities

- Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards
