About The Position

This Construction Project Superintendent role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, work closely with customers, and make a direct impact on successful project outcomes. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the primary connection between customers, installers, and internal teams. Your role ensures projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
• General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking
• Ability to travel to job sites

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage certified cabinet installers in the region
• Perform detailed field measurements for installations and renovations
• Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules
• Visit job sites to ensure quality, progress, and safety compliance
• Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues
• Maintain project records and track materials and labor
• Train and mentor installation professionals for excellence and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Enforce company policies and quality standards
