About The Position

Prime Retail Services is a nationwide retail construction General Contractor helping brands bring their spaces to life with precision and professionalism. Since 2003, we’ve delivered retail construction solutions for Fortune 500 companies and growing brands across the United States and Canada. Superintendents supervise all Subcontractors, Consultants, Vendors, and Assistant Superintendents on a daily basis. This supervision ensures adequate manpower is available for each task and work is performed in compliance. This position is responsible for monitoring project security personnel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the retail construction industry, including reading & interpreting blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel up to 95% of the time.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Own and have experience using hand and power tools.
• Work effectively on a team.
• Successfully manage a team up to 5.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner.
• Strong self-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Often be on overnight shift, due to occupied Retail clients.
• Able to work overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Subcontractors, Consultants, Vendors, and Assistant Superintendents on a daily basis.
• Ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and work is performed in compliance.
• Monitor project security personnel.
• Manage on-site projects from kick-off to close out.
• Manage and direct other trades (5 varies types of trades).
