Requirements

Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-end retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior construction projects.
Experience working in occupied shopping centers, luxury retail environments, airports, or Class A commercial spaces.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Strong leadership, planning, scheduling, and communication skills.
OSHA 30 Certification required.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to travel throughout Florida and other states as project needs require.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily field operations and supervise subcontractors.
Coordinate project activities to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Manage multiple trades while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.
Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Ensure all work complies with construction drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
Maintain project schedules and identify opportunities to recover delays.
Complete daily reports, safety documentation, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Coordinate inspections and communicate with Project Managers, architects, landlords, consultants, and clients.
Promote CPM Builders' culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and safety.
