Requirements

  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-end retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior construction projects.
  • Experience working in occupied shopping centers, luxury retail environments, airports, or Class A commercial spaces.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
  • Strong leadership, planning, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida and other states as project needs require.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily field operations and supervise subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project activities to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple trades while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Ensure all work complies with construction drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
  • Maintain project schedules and identify opportunities to recover delays.
  • Complete daily reports, safety documentation, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Coordinate inspections and communicate with Project Managers, architects, landlords, consultants, and clients.
  • Promote CPM Builders' culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and safety.
