Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a Superintendent to lay out the project for general trades and subcontractors.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities for our team and the trade partners, striving for each project portion to be excellent.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent and PM to plan and maintain work schedules.
  • Assist in managing daily logs, manpower timesheets, 3-week schedules, safety meetings, and more.
  • Handle a variety of tasks, from shop drawing reviews to progress photos, submittals, and site deliveries.
  • Keep meticulous records, including employee performance evaluations.
  • Explain plans to our team + the subs.
  • Help update As-Built drawings to keep everything on track and think about quality standards not only being met but exceeded.
  • Play an active role in the Safety Committee, promoting a culture of safety across the whole project.
  • Attend Superintendent meetings, ready to contribute valuable insights on manpower needs and project schedules.
  • Shine at the Turnover Meeting, asking questions that demonstrate your commitment to project success.
  • Participate in Project Kickoff Meetings, focusing on allocating our resources to safety and quality control programs, staffing requirements, and necessary certifications/training.
