About The Position

Harbor Home Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated, experienced Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction and home improvement projects from start to finish in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The company specializes in fencing, gutters, home renovations, exterior improvements, and property maintenance. The role coordinates project teams and resources, manages schedules and budgets, monitors quality and safety, and communicates with homeowners. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with an annual salary of $50,000–$55,000.

Requirements

3–5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices.
Experience managing subcontractors and construction schedules.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, email, and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with fencing installation and management.
Experience with carpentry, gutter installation, home renovations, or general repairs.
Experience with estimating and project budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple residential construction and home improvement projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Assist with estimating, pricing, and selling upcoming projects.
Create material lists and oversee ordering and deliveries.
Conduct jobsite inspections and enforce safety policies.
Communicate directly with homeowners regarding schedules and updates.
Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and job files.
