About The Position

Lensing is seeking motivated and curious individuals for a full-time summer job opportunity. This role offers hands-on experience in commercial overhead door systems, installation processes, and job site operations. You will work as part of a team on real projects, developing technical and professional skills. The position involves exposure to various door systems, dock levelers, and gate operators. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn new skills

• Willing to stay active and work at heights (with training provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial door and dock systems
• Learn basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques
• Support job site setup, material handling, and cleanup
• Help load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Observe and learn how to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Follow all OSHA and job site safety requirements
• Gain experience operating equipment (as appropriate and supervised)
• Represent Lensing professionally while working with team members and customers
