This role involves ensuring that reinforced concrete, masonry, and structural steel work conform to relevant requirements on various projects in San Diego and surrounding communities, including residential, critical infrastructure, commercial, and entertainment venues. Requirements

• Current ICC Reinforced Concrete certification
• Registered with the City of San Diego
• Ability to read blueprints
• Clear communication skills
• Proficiency with basic technology (Email/MS Word)
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Positive approach to problem-solving

Nice To Haves

• ICC post-tension certification
• ICC structural masonry certification

Responsibilities

• Observe reinforced concrete, masonry, and structural steel work in progress to ensure the work conforms with the relevant requirements
• Build strong relationships with on-site superintendents/foremen and subs, acting as a collaborative partner to solve challenges
• Document the work observed to provide the clear, professional reporting our clients rely on
