About The Position

Acts is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to assist with oversight of construction projects and supervise on-site construction work across the community. The role oversees construction team members, maintains a safe work environment, and coordinates materials, deliveries, quotes, schedules, permits, and inspections. The supervisor also performs mechanical and construction tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements, including OSHA.
• Valid driver’s license that is maintained.
• Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing all construction projects performed.

• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, control project schedules, obtain permits, and coordinate inspections.
