About The Position

Securitas is hiring for Construction Site Security Officer positions. This role offers weekly pay, career growth opportunities with leadership roles, specialized training, and promotions from within, as well as an employee referral bonus. The position is full-time with all shifts available, and requires working at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Securitas offers a sign-on bonus: $100 after 30 days of employment and $200 after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Driver Certification.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be over the age of 18.
Critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Observant.
Ability to follow instructions.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (basic knowledge preferred).
Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
