We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent to join Dimeo Construction Company in our CT region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects and leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll drive safety, schedule, budget, and quality to new heights, orchestrating in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver best-in-class results. Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coordination: Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.
- Business Development & Relationships: Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.
- Operational Excellence: Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Strategic Project Delivery: Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop PMs, superintendents, and additional project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
