Construction Senior Project Manager
About The Position
JLL is seeking a Building Renovation Project Manager to manage various project scopes, primarily focusing on small works/small projects, within an assigned region. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring successful project delivery while meeting established goals. The position emphasizes project-specific needs, client initiatives, and continuous process improvement. Travel within the assigned region is required. Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, design and space planning concepts
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Managing multiple renovation and building infrastructure projects across a large geographic area
- Leading cross-functional teams of design professionals, general contractors, and speciality contractors
- Tracking and reporting project financials, milestone schedules, and status updates
- Overseeing projects from initiation through design, planning, construction, and financial closeout
- Developing risk management plans and guiding teams through work authorization processes
- Preparing accurate project documentation and reports for all construction phases
- Participating in client decision-making by providing data, recommendations, and risk assessments
- Managing vendors to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
- Utilizing Corrigo for project management
