About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Tactical Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Construction Security Officer? MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AND IN GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE!! What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Requirements

At least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
At least 2 years of security experience, and at least 1 year of construction experience in a fast paced, difficult, and physical environment.
A valid Driver's License.
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
High work ethic.
A valid PILB in hand.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
You protect workers and visitors by providing critical access control.
You have outstanding attention to detail, as you patrol the area, keeping area free of theft, damage, injury, or threats of harm.
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You are able to patrol the areas using the tools that can include car, golf cart, and feet.
You have the stamina to work, sit, or stand throughout your shift, and can handle any weather conditions.
You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
