About The Position

Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for Facilities Construction Science Engineers to join their team. This role will primarily provide project management for projects in the North Texas Area. The responsibilities include field oversight of projects of varying size, requiring coordination with skilled trades personnel. The engineer will develop project schedules and budgetary estimates based on customer requests, manage field-related issues to minimize impact to schedule and budget, and provide construction administration and management within operating manufacturing facilities. The goal is to complete projects safely and reliably with zero impact to customer operations. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to plan and execute projects seamlessly from customer buy-in through completion. The role also involves interfacing with project managers, customer organizations, and other parties to maintain effective communications. Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management.
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
