About this Role Construction Scheduler – Transmission & Distribution (T&D) & Substation Required QISG is seeking a Project Scheduler with 5 - 10 years experience supporting Transmission & Distribution (T-Line) and Substation projects. This experience is required and must be clearly reflected on the resume. The Scheduler will be responsible for building and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules, performing critical path analysis, and partnering with project teams to drive execution across complex EPC utility projects. Location: Remote in US, with up to 40% domestic travel to regional office and/or project site. This project is in Baltimore, MD. Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Requirements

5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations – required
Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
