As a Construction Sales representative, you will be part of our Commercial Construction field sales team as a field-based employee in your assigned territory of Seattle, WA. Your role will involve achieving top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTER-CABLE brands to our end-user customer base. You will establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and services solutions, as well as manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs. Additionally, you will teach and mentor your local market team on end-user development processes, including identifying contacts, understanding purchasing processes, and aligning efforts with local teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers. Maintaining and utilizing SalesForce.com as a CRM and planning tool is crucial for communicating successes and failures to streamline processes and ensure future success with key accounts and opportunities.
