We are currently seeking a Construction Health & Safety Officer (CSO) to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Health and Safety Manager in maintaining Norpac’s Safety Program and work closely with management and project supervisors to ensure safety at all levels of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and practices, previous experience as a Construction Safety Officer, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The role ensures compliance with provincial legislation, including WorkSafeBC regulations, and promotes a proactive safety culture that minimizes risk, incidents, and lost-time injuries. The Construction Safety Officer works closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and executive leadership to implement best practices in construction safety management.
