The Construction Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety and health programs to minimize risk, prevent incidents, and ensure compliance with federal OSHA requirements, applicable OSHA-approved State Plan requirements, local AHJ requirements, client requirements, and LPI policies across industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, production equipment, and electrical construction projects. The role leads company-wide safety initiatives, supports multiple construction sites, and fosters a proactive safety culture through field presence, training, hazard identification, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
