About The Position
Ernst Brothers is seeking an exceptional Construction Safety Manager | Safety Coach to lead their safety program. This role is focused on building safety systems and culture in the field, rather than solely on compliance and paperwork. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and shape Ernst Brothers' first dedicated safety function from the ground up. For nearly 40 years, Ernst Brothers has been known for quality custom homes and renovations, and they are now prioritizing safety as a core value. Responsibilities
- Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems, from the ground up.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
- Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety part of daily operations, not an afterthought.
