About The Position

Quality Control Managers plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control programs on federal construction projects. This is a fully on-site position in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Local candidates are preferred; relocation or extended on-site travel may be required. The annual salary is $90,000–$110,000, based on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science, or an equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
• At least 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate or equivalent.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications; training is available if needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard internet tools.

Nice To Haves

• Specialty inspection training, licenses, or certifications.
• LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate certification.
• Experience with Viewpoint/Vista construction software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Execute QC performance in accordance with contract requirements.
• Complete administrative documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
