About The Position

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to join their Field Operations team. The role is project-based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, requiring work on an active military base. The CQCM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements, completing administrative documentation punctually, and fostering client satisfaction, all in accordance with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This is an on-site position, with a preference for local candidates, though relocation may be considered.

Requirements

Ten (10) or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
Two years' experience as a QC Manager.
A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.
Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.).
Evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Successful completion of a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to job sites on a military base.

Nice To Haves

RMS/QCS training.
Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs.
LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.
Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS).
