We are seeking a dynamic Construction Quality and Project Manager to join our world-class team at our Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 1+ years’ experience with Construction Quality Management on major industrial facilities and large scope construction projects including contract management, schedule and budget development and management
  • 1+ year of content knowledge in construction testing, codes and standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field.
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Construction Management 1+ years of semiconductor experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Plans for semiconductor construction projects
  • Build holistic quality programs through prevention, appraisal, and failure analysis
  • Lead quality investigations and manage third-party quality resources
  • Ensure robust quality inspections and maintain tracking mechanisms with monthly KPI reviews
  • Drive cost reduction efficiencies with trades, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Champion safety Culture of Care across all business environments
  • Plan and deliver multi-million-dollar construction projects from initiation through closeout
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contracting strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate across multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, architectural, and process systems
  • Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory teams to achieve integrated project objectives
