About The Position
The Construction Project Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring architectural and engineering drawings, conducting on-site visits, identifying material requirements, facilitating permit and bidding processes, preparing bidding packages, processing project-related payments, compiling equipment packages, and drafting preliminary CAD and millwork detail drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
- Eligibility for legal employment in the US
- Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
- Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation
- Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects
- Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process
- Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets
- Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages
- Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors
- Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
- Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings
