About The Position

DeLeers Construction is growing its Project Management Team in its Northwoods location, based out of Eagle River, WI. The company is expanding and seeking a Project Manager with experience in large-scale residential or light commercial building projects (e.g., office space, religious buildings). Project Managers at DeLeers are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating various construction projects. This includes providing management oversight for all phases of the construction project, coordinating trade partners, materials, and equipment. They must ensure that specifications and codes are met, and all safety requirements are followed. The Project Manager is accountable for the quality of the work and for keeping the project on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically with residential or commercial construction projects
• A degree in Carpentry or Project Management or equivalent experience is required

Responsibilities

• Planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects
• Providing management oversight for all phases of the construction project
