About The Position

Food Tech is seeking a Construction Project Manager. In this role you will manage and coordinate construction projects for food and beverage facilities nationwide. We specialize in planning, engineering, and building food process plants and cold-storage warehouse and distribution facilities for food processors, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related 4-year degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience; experience in food and beverage or cold storage is strongly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and effective in keeping all critical project aspects up to date.
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or other scheduling software.
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to travel to nation-wide project sites, estimated 25% time
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution.
• Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.
• Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team.
• Other duties as assigned
