About The Position

Housing Visions is hiring a Construction Project Manager based at its corporate office at 1201 E. Fayette St., with travel to various construction sites. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with hours Monday through Friday; hours vary and are often 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The salary range is $85,000–$115,000 per year. The Construction Project Manager oversees multifamily construction projects from site selection and budgeting through completion. The role manages subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, and collaborates with owners and design and development teams throughout planning, estimating, bidding, and construction. Projects may range from single-site to scattered-site developments and include historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.

Responsibilities

Oversee multifamily construction projects from site selection and budgeting through completion.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with owners and design and development teams throughout planning, estimating, bidding, and construction.
Manage housing projects ranging from single-site to scattered-site developments, including historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.
