About The Position

System Pavers is seeking a professional, driven Construction Project Manager to manage project installations and serve as the point of contact for homeowners. The company provides training, support, and a support system drawing on three decades of experience. The role offers the opportunity to contribute visibly to the company’s success while helping customers create memories with friends and family.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $65,000 plus bonuses and commissions. A company truck and gas card are provided. Mileage reimbursement may be available as an alternative to the company truck. Applicants must pass a standard background check; a clean driving record is required when driving for the job.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Comfort with basic geometry and math.
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients at once.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews is acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company insurance guidelines.
• Satisfactory passing of a standard background check.
• Clean driving record when driving for the job is required.
