Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in commercial project management
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents
Knowledge of building codes and construction trades
Budget and schedule management
Quality control
Effective verbal and written communication
Leadership and team coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for select out-of-state projects
