Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in commercial project management
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction trades
  • Budget and schedule management
  • Quality control
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Leadership and team coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for select out-of-state projects
