About The Position

We are dedicated to shaping city skylines and building vibrant residential communities through innovative design, strategic planning, and exceptional construction standards. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead our high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, and municipal authorities to drive the successful execution of our large-scale multifamily developments.
Requirements
- Experience in leading high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through final delivery.
- Ability to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Experience serving as a central point of contact for projects.
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, general contractors, and municipal authorities.
- Experience driving the successful execution of large-scale multifamily developments.
