About The Position
We’re hiring a Doors and Hardware (Division 8 & 10) Project Manager to join a well-established, fast-growing specialty contractor in the Charlotte market. This is a high-impact role managing large commercial interior projects across the Charlotte region, backed by a strong pipeline of work and backlog with one of the leading Div 8/10 specialty contractors in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. They are an Employee owned company, so you will be eligible to participate in their ESOP program!
Requirements
- 5+ years managing commercial Division 8 & 10 projects
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 & 10 projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable owning financials and job performance
- Proactive, organized, and confident taking full ownership of projects
Responsibilities
- Run Division 8 & 10 scopes from buyout through closeout
- Own schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client coordination
- Stay ahead of issues and keep projects moving without surprises
