About The Position

Project Manager plans all phases of commercial construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, including risk management, quality and safety. The position is responsible for estimating, budgeting, organizing, scheduling and implementing all assigned projects.

Proven working experience in construction management
Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, establish credibility and influence others
Effective communication
Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong Customer focus and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Competent to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
Demonstrate interpersonal and presentation skills for frequent contact with clients and co-workers
Highly developed problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Mature leader who maintains a professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsible for safety, project planning, estimating and budgeting
Collaborate with the owner, architect, and construction team
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Other duties as assigned
