About The Position

This role is for a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects. The position requires a strong understanding of project management principles within the construction industry. The candidate must be able to work onsite in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, design, construction, and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of FAR, construction standards, safety, and environmental codes.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
