Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
2+ years of experience
Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and multitasking
Ability to travel to job sites

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Performing precise field measurements
