About The Position

The Construction Project Manager will manage commercial elevator construction projects in the Nashville, TN area. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring worksite safety and compliance, managing project timelines, identifying risks and opportunities, and overseeing financial aspects such as budget and cash flow. The position requires a proactive approach to project management, focusing on schedule maintenance, resource status, procurement, and quality assurance through metrics and punch-list resolution.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise.
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP for timeline management.
Sound financial acumen, including managing budget cash flow and forecasting.
