About The Position
Project Managers take full ownership of projects, guiding them through every phase-from initial concept and design development to final delivery, while upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This role supports military construction projects based in Monterey, California.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; a combination of relevant experience and field training may be considered
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial construction project management (or equivalent)
- At least six years of progressive experience in the construction industry in roles such as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager, or similar positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general internet use is required
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications are required (training available if needed)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within a Design-Build environment is preferred
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit is preferred
- STS certification is a plus
- LEED Green Associate (GA) or Accredited Professional (AP/AP+) credentials are preferred
