Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
Coordinate internal teams and field leadership
Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase
Documentation is accurate
Own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
Monitor budgets and forecasts
Manage change orders and cost reporting
Identify risks early and address them proactively
Set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through.
Work meets project specifications.
Address challenges constructively
Maintain strong, professional working relationships
Decisions are based on data, not assumptions.
Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance
Escalate concerns early
